Role Purpose:
- SEO Manager will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing the Business Division SEO/SEM strategy.
- To maximise organic search optimisation and maximise ROI.
- To lead on the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practice.
Key Accountabilities and Deliverables:
- Accountable for developing and implementing effective Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Strategies, working across a virtual team.
- You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
- Ownership of stakeholder relationships externally with agencies and third parties to maximise performance and bring in best practices.
- Working across internal stakeholders to deliver insights gained from keyword research and Google trends where you will have an impact in all aspects of marketing.
- Work across the marketing and content teams to drive SEO in content creation.
- Define and own KPI’s for digital media performance.
- Develop and communicate performance reporting with insight and recommendations.
Essential skills:
- Proven hands-on experience in executing SEO
- Experience with keyword research and strategy, daily optimisation, test plan construction, and in-depth analysis
- Data-driven and performance mindset
- Experience in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy.
- Expert knowledge performance marketing
- Effective stakeholder management skills and an excellent communicator.
Desirable skills:
- Experience in web analytics, marketing and experience with A/B testing
